The present provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal (en diante, or "Portal") which the Xunta de Galicia makes available to two Internet users.

The Xunta de Galicia is the owner of the subdomain "cgac.xunta.gal" and the different elements included in it.

The content provided through this Portal is for information purposes only and does not replace the advertising of provisions and events that must be formally published in official bulletins. In addition, every effort will be made to ensure that the information contained in this website is accurate and up to date, and the Xunta de Galicia does not guarantee the absence of errors in the content of this website, nor that it is completely up to date.

Language use

The sixth additional provision of Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on electronic access by citizens to public services, states that the use of the official languages of the State will be guaranteed in the relationship between citizens and the Public Administration by electronic means, in the terms provided for in Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Framework of the Public Administration and Common Administrative Procedure, and in the regulations applicable in each case. To this effect, the Portal will allow access to its contents and services in Galician and Spanish.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For all litigious matters or those that concern the Portal, Spanish legislation will be applicable, and the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela will be competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to the use of this Portal.
